(Santo Domingo, January 27, 2023). Cinando.com, the main online network for film professionals, was presented this Friday, January 27 at the Santo Domingo Global Film Festival (FCGSD). Its founder, Jérôme Paillard made the exhibition.
Cinando.com is an online database of film projects and a professional networking and streaming service for film industry personnel and companies, managed by the Marché du Film of the Cannes Film Festival.
Access is reserved for film industry professionals, so records are carefully reviewed. They currently have 62,000 contacts, 25,000 companies and 59,000 movie pages.
This platform, leader in online resources, communication and projection for the industry, has operated a business-to-business video-on-demand service since 2012. You can access it from your website and from your application (APP).
About Jérôme Paillard
He began his career as an oboist and as producer and financial director of the French classical music record label Erato. In 1991, he became CEO of Erato Films alongside Daniel Toscan du Plantier, where he executive produced more than a dozen feature films. From 1995 to 2022 he was executive director of the Marché du Film – Festival de Cannes, overseeing the development and management of what is now heralded as the world's leading film market. He was also co-director of Ventana Sur, the first marketplace specialized in Latin American films, and founder of Cinando.com, a leading online resources, communication and screening platform for the industry. He is now a film, events and business consultant.
